I go to Molly, who is the person who knows everybody and all the history and all the procedures and I say "I need a box of chocolate and a set of brass knuckles." The joke is that I have to go talk someone into doing something they don't want to do. (I have to do this a lot) But, the person is a pain, so I am going to start by offering candy, and if that doesn't work I am going to beat them mercilessly.
